Set in a nature reserve with monkeys, deer, coaties, and iguanas roaming around. Great beach, beautiful pools, and clean rooms. Super friendly and supportive staff, beautiful facilities, and delicious food. Spacious rooms and a variety of activities.

During my recent stay at Grand Sunset Princess, I was pleasantly surprised by the abundance of lush greenery and the well-maintained grounds. The hotel is massive and there were plenty of animals roaming around, which added to the overall ambiance. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, providing a relaxing retreat after a long day of exploration. Additionally, I thoroughly enjoyed the shows at night, which provided entertainment and a chance to unwind.

The Grand Sunset Princess in Playa del Carmen exceeded all expectations. The resort was incredible, with amazing pools, activities, and staff. The beach was beautiful, and the breakfast buffet was satisfying. The wildlife roaming around added a special touch to the natural environment. We had a fantastic week at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, from the rooms to the common areas. The hotel facilities were top-notch, especially the private beach with its attentive wait service. The location of the hotel by the sea was perfect for enjoying the beautiful views and relaxing by the water. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable, from the friendly waiters and waitresses to the helpful concierges.

As adventure travelers, we found plenty of thrilling activities to enjoy, such as water sports, beach volleyball, and organized excursions. The variety of pools and the private beach with wait service allowed us to relax and soak up the sun. The spacious rooms and balconies provided breathtaking views of the surroundings. The wildlife on the property added to the unique experience. The customer service was exceptional, with friendly and supportive staff who made us feel welcome. The on-site restaurants offered a wide range of buffet options for breakfast, satisfying our appetite before starting our adventures.

The location of the hotel is great, with plenty of space to find secluded areas around the pools and by the sea. The a la carte restaurants offer a variety of choices and the food is good. The room is clean and comfortable, with a nice bathroom. The staff is friendly and polite, and the breakfast is great. The facilities, such as the pools, are amazing.

The staff is extremely understaffed, resulting in long line ups, poor service, and tedious check in/out processes.

I recently spent a week at a luxurious hotel and was absolutely spoiled by the exclusive amenities offered. the spa and wellness centre were exceptional, with top-notch massages and body scrubs. the spa lounge and treatment rooms were both beautiful and relaxing. Plus, the outdoor swimming pool and steam room were perfect for unwinding. the location was amazing, with direct beach access and plenty of sun loungers and beach umbrellas. the restaurant and bar/lounge area had delicious food and drinks, including special diet menus. this hotel was a dream come true.

The only minor issue I had was with the service. While everyone was polite and helpful, I found that some of the staff provided contradictory information.

the exclusive amenities were fulfilled to our satisfaction and made us feel pampered. the Spa & wellness centre was a highlight of our stay. the treatment room was well equipped and the Spa lounge was a relaxing space. the outdoor swimming pool was fantastic with comfortable sun loungers and beach umbrellas set in the beautiful garden area. We enjoyed the special diet menus offered in the snack bar and bar and the buffet breakfast was exceptional.

The only minor issue we experienced was the slow speed of the wifi. While it was working, it was excellent, but it did cause us some frustration when we needed to make travel arrangements.

The best aspects of our Easter vacation were the stunning beach and the beautiful pools at the resort. We spent hours lounging by the crystal-clear waters and soaking up the sun. the location of the hotel was also perfect, with easy access to nearby attractions and activities.

There were a few aspects of our hotel experience that we didn't like. One of the worst aspects was the difficulty in making reservations for the restaurants.
